Happy with our new RPod 192 trailer. Marta the salesperson was very good. We were not happy being around so many people in the building that worked for the dealership walking around without a mask during a pandemic. And, a couple of small issues with the trailer (missing the bush kitchen and the dealership blowing the fuse on my electric jack and not replacing it) made me wonder about the check in and check out process for this product. There was too much information to absorb on the walk through. Especially for a new trailer/RV owner. They need a pamphlet, or videos to refer back to. Nothing terrible but the overall experience could have been better, especially in regards to mask safety and consideration of our time being there.

The purchase was smooth and uneventful but the walk thru seemed like a hard sell for add ons like coatings and fancy surge protecters. Also during the walk thru the employee could not seem to keep his spandex type mask on. The same type of “mask” the CDC and tests have shown to actually promote aerosol of droplets rather than containing them. None of the other employees readying the RV were wearing any masks at all. They accommodated us quickly for a next day delivery but obviously did not check the water system carefully. It had a problem that would have been immediately obvious had they tried each faucet.

Good selection, had what we wanted, and easy process to buy (new travel trailer). Process couldn't be smoother. However, taking the money's the easy part. The trailer was delivered with a bent power tongue jack. It took 2 month's of reminders that we couldn't use the trailer due the jack being inoperable. Finally got a new jack and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Broadmoor RV could have gotten a five star review handily if they could have owned up to bending the jack. I will definitely buy from them in the future, however I will give any new future purchase a more thorough inspection.

Sale, Marta, was awesome. Tony Johnson was very informative as well. The product we received was below average. Drove 4 hours to pick it up and the brand new model had damage. I either had to leave it and come back and take it to warranty work near me. I took it with me and now have to spend my time (less than the additional 8 hours of driving) and get it repair under warranty. The back screen frames scratched really bad and a dent in the side. Disappointed. Sales and Service were 4 stars but damaged "new" trailer brought it down to 3

There was a few things I needed fixed on this trailer like the door handle go going to the bathroom it was loose the door hinge above the sink with loose 1 Jack was missing they sent me one I mounted it when I received had several metal shavings on the floor the Murphy bed latch that held it up needed adjusting but they never did I'm concerned about the vent in the bathroom on the outside looks okay but inside I'm not sure I'm going to have to have somebody take a look at it make sure it's not going to leak murphy bed comes down real nice & Easy and is comfortable trailer pulls nice I had called the salesperson and she never called me back had questions about the solar hook up all around very nice trailer would have been nice to of had a oven . The salesman was super helpful and attentive but there where a couple minor issues with the camper that he said would get taken care of. Not only did they not get taken care the message was never passed on to the service department. During the walk through the tech was great and super apologetic about the issues that should have been taken care of and had the service administrator come out and go over the issues. The service department was supposed to call the next day to let me know on how and when the issue could be resolved. Been two weeks and no contact from sales or service.

It was a good experience, but I with that more information was shared with all of the things needed to get going and using my RV right away. More interest in selecting the unit and getting the sale was the focus as opposed to making sure that all pertinent/required accessories were purchased. Perhaps the sales team is used to working with seasoned RVers as opposed to newbies.

The employees are very friendly during the entire process. We talked about adding items before the loan process that didn't make it on the loan. After not negotiating with them on the price of the trailer they couldn't even offer these items at a reduced price after the loan went through. When we did our walk through it was a constant up sell of items that should have been brought up before the loan. Items that were being offered during the walk through were extremely expensive. Who goes to pick up a trailer and has another 3 grand to buy things for a trailer. Charles was our tech. Walking us through the trailer and he was fantastic. Great guy with a great attitude.
