British Passport Pro did a great and stress free job of renewing my passport. I had an initial interview and paid a reasonable fee after that I was guided to produce the significant documentation turned it over and in three weeks I had a renewed passport delivered to my residence. I would highly recommend this service to anybody else, who's lifestyle is very busy and would like to have things done correctly the first time. Being Most impressed with my experience I will continue to recommend British Passport Pro to any others facing the same issue, and have done so. Cheers.

This is my 1st time using this service, I was very impressed with the level of professional customer service displayed by the Agent, who was very informative and answered all my enquiries . My renewed passport was processed and sent to me earlier than expected, I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this service , it was worth every penny !

In Particular,I I wouldlike to compliment Zana, your representative, he is so thorogh. polite , ansers all dquestions and keeps you informed of the status of your application regularly. Thank you British Passport Pro. I was however disappointed in the British handling overseas. They seemed to put me thru unnecessary hoops, ask for all sorts of documents which were not on the list of required documejnts. The Brits dropped the ball. I can't say enough about British Passport Pro!!! I am an event planner in Los Angeles and when I took out my passport I realized that it had EXPIRED..yikes! I had read online that this could take up to 7 weeks and I had already committed to do an event for my clients 70th Birthday Party in Mexico which was only a month away! Stressed out and a little panicked, I called Zana at British Passport Pro and he insured me that I would have my new passport before my trip and that he would expedite it! He asked me the appropriate questions and had a shipping label and authorization sent to me immediately!!! Not only did I receive my shiny new passport in about (2) weeks but the communication from Zana was AMAZING every step of the way! Thank goodness I found this wonderful company to get my U.K. Passport for me! Brilliant service, super efficient, curteous and a pleasure to deal with. Charged a very reasonable fee, I had my new passport within a couple of weeks from first speaking to them and never had to worry about anything going wrong. If I could give them 10 stars I would do it with no hesitation, superb!
