The service was fast and efficient but with difficulties
The service was fast and efficient apart for the delivery of the new passport and return of the old one. The delivery instructions (by email to British Passport Pro, copied to Zana) were to deliver to my work address as there is no-one at the home address during the day. This cannot be changed at a later date if the address is incorrect. This instruction was ignored causing me to have pay someone $40 to sit in my apartment for 2 days (2 separate packages) in order to sign for the delivery. The nearest DHL pick-up center is 70+ mile distance (3 hours minimum round trip) from my home address. Be sure to take this into account similar instructions are required in the future.

Thank you for posting your review. We consider the reviews important to help us improve our services. Per the requirements of the government, you must put your home address on the application. Once the process has been initiated and the passports (old and new) are dispatched from Her Majesty’s Passport Office in the UK to the applicant’s home address by courier (DHL), the delivery address cannot be changed for security reasons. If the applicant wants the passport delivered to their work address, they will need to provide a letter from their employer along with additional supporting documents that prove they are working at that address. This information must be addressed at the beginning of the application process. Zana Sabre
