Tickets Daddy LLCReviews of ticketsdaddy.com

Sara was very profesional and nice. She help me with the purchase of the ticket for bright line and even gave me a promotion code for a discount. Very pleasant experience. I will use her service again if needed

Sarah assisted me with my Brightline booking, got us a promo fare and completed the reservation beautifully. She was very professional and patient, thank you!

Ivy Carter was very knowledgeable patient and courteous.in the purchase of the Briteline tickets to Orlando. I would highly recommend her. Title: Trip to Universal Studios

I was told I was speaking directly with Brightline and was only told Tickets Daddy after making my payment. This was very uncomfortable for me.

Great job and followed up to make sure I received my tickets and I was satisfied Perfect

I tried buying tickets online, but got stuck at the point where it asks for a phone number. I tried multiple times to put my phone number in but your program in the computer rejected it every time. Therefore, I had to call and do this over the phone. I wasted one and a half hours with this. The person who was assisting me was nice but could not seem to get anything accomplished quickly. I do not understand why she would put me on hold for 10 minutes at a time to do something which should have been easily accomplished by pressing buttons in a computer. I am disgusted with you and your your service.

Ms. Iri Carter was amazing and explained everything throughly. She was very courteous and knew exactly what I need to change with my ticket.

I had a very confusing reservation to make for 3 family members with Brightline train. I tried to do it myself but just couldn't. I called and spoke to Ivy Carter and what a relief. She was able to book all 3 tickets for us, professionally and courteously. I really appreciate all of her help and would definitely make this call again.
