5 years ago we started with Forwardline , It was so easy to get started I didn't think they were for real! but after following a few simple steps we were up and on our way to increasing our business. With the funds we have received from Forwardline we have purchased more inventory, put on more staff, purchased a Co. vehicle and increased our advertising in our slow seasons. I'm very happy with the pay back system forwardline uses. Thanks to Jen and the staff of Forwardline we are up and running stronge in a very unstable econamy.

From my first contact, the people at ForwardLine were polite, thorough, and answered every concern that I had. I have continued to do business with them as my processor, even after paying off my business loan, because of their excellent customer service and availability. You will not be waiting days for a return call. They are on top of it, and I have found them to be caring and professional.

as far as the loan itself its a fair deal, and I will probably renew when I have paid it down some more - the credit card processing is another story entirely. I don't get my money for two days, but I bet you get yours right off the top! If its over a weekend its four days!!! Also I can't store repeat customers without an additional cost - if I renew I will go back to my regular card processor as they never fail me and cost less! I give you 3 stars rather than 5 for this fact.

I ‘am very pleased with the program and how unencumbered their collection process is to my business. There customer service is top notch. My account representative, Amon, has been a big help in answer all of my questions. I had a few minor issues, in the beginning, and his turnaround time in returning my call or addressing my issues was very quick. The only reason I did not rate the services as a 5star is due to their rates. I wish they were a little lower. I would definitely use their services again, should I need them.
