This is like all other lenders nowadays, they take a long time to process and ask for so much paperwork, the same day funding is not a true statement. Other than that everything is just business as usual. Michael was ok during the process he clarify some statements from the first person I spoke with. Watch out for the interest rate is very high if you have access to other loans don't use it. If you want to build credit history for your business is ok. The one thing they delivered for sure was the fact that they did not pull my credit report. That was the reason I used it.

It's only been one month, but I've been happy with the results, the funding, the payments and how it only takes one day for credit card deposits to appear in my bank account!

Pre-qualification was painless, and with friendly service. Funding happened when promised. Before funding could take place, I had to provide a tracking number for my old terminal from my previous processor, and was told that I'd get the tracking number when Forwardline shipped the old (rental) terminal back to my previous processor. Three weeks later I called my Forwardline Processor Rep to confirm that my rental was returned so that I no longer would be charged a rental fee for their machine. It was not returned, but sitting in storage for the past 3 weeks. I was told that I should have provided an address (which was on ALL the documentation of credit card batches that they already had in order to approve this loan). I am wondering why NO ONE called or emailed me to confirm that information (that Forwardline already had). My rep made it sound like this was my error- not theirs. That conversation could have been handled with a simple "I'm sorry & I'll take care of it right away". It was taken care of right away, but I was a bit angry with the implication that this was my fault.

ForwardLine was able to lend my relatively new business some much needed cash flow. This helped with inventory which in return generated more revenue. I was with them for 2 years and because of them I am now in my fifth year of business and still growing.

I appreciate the assistance from FORWARD LINE at a time (early this years) when my business needed a small loan. I liked the helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to make the process easy for me, a small law firm. Your assistance exceeded that of two banks that I contacted prior to doing business with FORWARD LINE. Very grateful.

Forwardline really assisted in my cashflow, however hindsight being 20/20 I should have probably tried other types of financing....the fees charged are a little steep based upon the repayment.
