Best experience ever getting a loan. Hope to keep a long working relationship.

This is my fourth merge advance loan and by far the best experience I have had yet. The professionalism and efficiency along with the friendliness provided by Jenny and Richard made what can sometimes be a very painful process very enjoyable. I was referred by a friend and definitely would refer other friends as well.

Ive been using forwardline for the past 9 mos. Here's my honest input on everything. 1. I was told I could use my existing equipment by the sales rep. - Not True. They sent me new equipment. So i am stuck paying on my Clover, and on the equipment they sent me. My clover is costing me $70 a month. Forwardline only reimburses upto $500. This will not cover my clover equipment. Mislead me on this. 2. I was told money would be taken out on each transaction. 20% of each transaction. NOT TRUE they lump up the total and withdraw a large sums at one time. Not per transaction as I was led to believe. 3. They will charge you processing fee for your credit card transactions. Their fees are higher than what mine were. This is what really upset me. Im paying more for processing fees now than before. I was told that forwardlines fees would be comparable if not cheaper than my old processor. 4. Card Processing- You do have to switch to their processing system. Originally I was told I could use mine (NOT TRUE) 5. Loan has to be paid in 18months. Overall its ok. many of the things that the sales rep told me had loop holes or were not true. Also- this week I had a large lump of money taken out $2,000 plus a $400 card processing fee. Our old processing fees have never hit $400 even on our best sales months. This week my account is negative $200. Im really disappointed right now. Lastly - they send you all those flyers that say your pre approved upto $150,000. NOT TRUE!!!! this is just a gimmick, when you call they only approve you for how much you process. I usually process around $15K a month I got a loan for $18K. Well I just received my forwardline card processing statement. On a month that we did $14,000 we were charged $435.44. Our old processor would have been around $200. So thats the truth behind forwardline.

I'll tell my friend and continue to be with forward line .

EVERYONE AT FORWARDLINE WAS HELPFUL FROM AL ROBERTS MY FIRST CONTACT , EVERYONE INCLUDING AL ROBERTS , MY SALES PERSON TO SCOTT PARKS. WERE EFFICIENT, PUT UP WITH ALL MY PROBLEMS WITH COMPUTOR ETC. THEY MADE THE PROCESS (THAT I HAVE DONE BEFORE LIKE GETTING A TOOTH PULLED) ENJOYALBE. IT WAS VERY QUICK ONCE WE HAD ALL THE PROBLEMS IRONED OUT. THANK YOU

After a lot of thought, and needing working capital, I decided to give Forwardline a try. It took a little longer than normal to get funded but that was on my end. Michael has been very helpful in the entire process. We have built a good friendship in the process. Though I did not know I was under a horrible non cancelable contract with First Data and Prestige, which I can not get out of, I still utilized the service of Forwardline. I will recommend them to anyone. They are honest people, no hidden fees, no hidden contracts, everything is straight forward. You actually have dedicated people you can call directly or email, such as Michael. He helped me through the process and it was easier than I thought. We received our money and it gave us the needed boost to help us through the slow times of business. I am pleased over all. Give them a try, you will be glad you did. But be warned, make sure you can get out from under your current processor, do your homework in that area, but if you can utilize Forwardline, do it. They saved us and we built a good relationship in the process.
