I purchased “wrinkle resistant” shirts…
I purchased “wrinkle resistant” shirts a couple years ago. Loved them. They come out of the dryer perfectly. I ordered “wrinkle resistant” shirts recently, and they are completely different. Out of the dryer, they look like they’ve been slept in, and need a lot of ironing with starch, or they need to go to the cleaners. I sent in emails with pictures, and the company response was what wrinkle resistant means (it shouldn’t require a lot of ironing). I responded with questions on how to get the fabric that was used for the my previous shirts which I love, and their response was a link to their website for where the wrinkle resistant shirts are (the ones I’ve ordered). You can’t return custom shirts except for fit issues. They do have wrinkle-free shirts, but that material feels like a shower curtain. So unless you like spending a lot of time ironing, don’t order the “wrinkle resistant” ones.
