The best service I have received from a bespoke shirt-maker. I love the quality of their fabrics and the customer service is outstanding. They respond immediately with any issues that may arise as well. I am constantly getting compliments on my custom made shirts from Brisk! It's my go-to shirt maker for professional and casual wear.

My order is missing and Brisk Shirts customer service will not respond to my request for a tracking number. Update: On December 20th I received the tracking information from DHL. On December 3rd Brisk Shirts declared the following message: " Hi GREGORY FERRO, Your order is on the way. Tracking number for your order is . " Do you see the problem? The Brisk Shirts email did not include the tracking number. And it was 17 days before I was informed by the shipper that the product is on its way to me. At this point, I don't care. But know this- I clicked on "Contact Us" 3 times and I did not get any response to my questions until I posted my frustration on trustpilot.

I am extremely excited about this brand and the fit is amazing.. Can’t wait to get more of BRISKSHIRTS…MODERN STYLE WITH CLASS. 👌🏾.

I love it the fact that it takes u step by step to design ur own shirt..it came out so nice n i will be ordering some more...but it took a little time though😉

Brisk Shirts make a quality product. The ability to design your own shirt is fantastic. I particularly like the cutaway collars. Also, Brisk is very responsive to customer questions. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to expand their wardrobe.
