Following recommendations given by Brio, going slow and repeating passes for longer beard, the experience is pure and honest. I have cut my beard to various lengths over the course of two months now, and this beard is thick. I have yet to give it another charge and that's on full speed. I found with longer beard a slower speed will not pull the hair passing at the same rythm. You do need to adjust the angle of your passes to go directly against the grain and lift the hairs, but that's true for any shaver. This one will outlast any of the numerous models I tried over 20 years.

Excellent customer service, battery life is phenomenal. Definitely will purchase more products from Brio, as they are like Apple without the price and pretentiousness. :)

Great trimmer and have i've only had to charge it twice.

Seriously don't understand how Brio isn't the biggest most popular brand. Their batteries last outrageously long times. I have to go searching for my charger for the beardscape and toothbrush because it's been so long since I last charged them. They work amazingly without any dumb extras. I've had other electric toothbrushes that get nasty after a while due to poor design and crevices, not these, perfect design if you ask me. Sorry to fanboy too much but seriously I just want products that I can just trust they will work great so I can get on with the rest of my life, these do that.

Pluses: Body trimmer is of great quality. Very powerful. My go-to for overall body trimming. Minuses: Not my go-to for detailed beard trimming. Plastic height guards could be of softer design as to better glide over the skin.
