It took 3 weeks to get the trimmer. Brio had stock issues and did not communicate at all. I had to buy another trimmer. Brio made me pay to ship the trimmer back.

Love this beardscape, especially with the digital display. And has an insane battery life.. I've charged it once in the 4 months I've owned it and at even that was only at 25% remaining. would love to see brio make something along the lines of the mircotouch personal trimmer. I own one and it's great but would definitely buy a brio version just because of the high quality brio makes. I will be buying the smaller trimmer 1.5" version soon.

Really good electric razor for the price and you can get a really close shave.

the item was a gift for the holidays. I only received it on 7 January, almost a month late without any apologies. Also there were hidden fees I had to pay making it enormously expensive.

Love it! Can't go without it.
