I purchased your product at a premium price. Because the internal mechanism of the attachments are plastic they crumble under the power of your tooth vibrator. I currently use a Walmart knock off because the cost to maintain the attachments are too expensive by comparison.

Arrived quicker than expected in time for Christmas. Everything works great.

Yeah highly recommend it for anyone really well made stays charged last long time

I own both the Beardscape and Axis beard trimmers. They are by far the best electric beard trimmers I've ever owned. The Beardscape is my favorite of the two for it's versatility and precision in selecting trim length. I've used it for my facial hair and to even clean up my haircuts in between appointments. The ceramic blade on both are SHARP and I never have any issues with them pulling my hair. I bought the Axis to use as my compact travel razor. It hasn't quite worked out in this capacity as the travel case is too large to fit easily in my dop kit. My advice to Brio for small improvements are: 1) Keep the Beardscape the same. But make the travel case larger to fit more guard insides. Also offer a 20-22MM guard or option to buy separately 2) For the Axis make the handle feature a 0.2-0.8mm adjuster. And offer the option to buy a smaller sized travel case.

So far the Brio has been great. But the guards that are included could definitely use a redesign. I am sure I am not the only one who gets poked/stabbed in the face using them.

I feel it still needs to cut/trim better. It does have excellent battery life.

Great product. My only complaint is that it doesn’t trim short enough.
