Love this trimmer, I watched some videos on YouTube before I purchased this product and they were all accurate. This product is awesome, I’ve always used a Wahl trimmer and this one runs quieter, cooler and doesn’t seem to nick you or anything I use it to trim my head instead of shaving it. It trims closer than the Wahl trimmer I have. Plus it’s rechargeable with no cord as your using it. If you’re planning on buying a trimmer buy this product!

Didn't get correct power plug. And they didn't want to send the correct one to me.

Awesome trimmer..

So the trimmer is amazing. It’s got great shears on it that can handle just about anything. I mean this by I went having a full beard and cut that sucker off with only a few swipes instead of having to come back and keep on hitting the same spots. I also love that this thing has multiple different lengths that you can use on the shear itself. The customer service is also really good and very responsive. I emailed them about a wrong address and they helped me out and made the whole experience very pleasing. The bad: I will agree with the other reviewers and say the clips that clip on were an after thought and they do the greatest job at managing lengths and/or snapping onto said trimmer. I wish Brio would fix this as this is a truly great trimmer with lots to give but this is its one major fault that keeps on being over looked.
