Great product , fantastic service !!!!

Being a lover of my medium/long beard, yet wanting to keep it maintained neatly. These are the answer to my needs. Being disabled and have muscle problems, the heavy corded popular brands just didn't work for me. Left me going to a barber only to have my beard come away not looking the way I wanted. These are the ticket. Precision cutting, easy to hold and great sizing of the guards. Able to routinely keep the shape and not feel frustrated trying to use. A definite recommendation for the man who wants to control his own beard.

So far it’s a great product no pulling on hair cuts very smooth. Like all the attachments and variable speeds. Display is great for when to charge. Was a very good purchase!!

I bought the brio beardscape a couple weeks ago, rated it at 3 stars because upon first use the blade was stuck when trying to adjust it, customer service has been great they reached out to me and instructed me to remove the blade and re install it. That didnt work so they sent me a new blade, which also still does not work when trying to adjust it, im very disappointed with this product but the customer service so far has been great
