Booked a really nice hotel in Los Angeles and when we got there the room was completely different. In fact the name of the hotel rooms was different than on the site. We ended up paying 3x more for a bigger room as we were from out of town with kids. Very disappointed. BringFido said talk to the hotel. The hotel said this happens too often and bringfido won’t do anything. Never again. I’d rather ask every hotel their pet policy vs use this bs site again.

I booked a room online with BringFido.. when I arrived at the hotel, there was no reservation for me.. I paid cash for the room, and BringFido charged my BankCard.. I called and was told that they could not refund my money until the hotel released the funds and got the old story of the manager won’t be back until Monday.. ( this is a Friday).. then it takes the hotel 3 days to release the money then I have to go thru a ton of red tape to file for a refund..., blah blah blah.. I WILL NEVER BOOK THRU BRINGFIDO AGAIN!!! And certainly NEVER recommend
