My canine concierge was very polite, helpful and effective. She asked all the right questions to get the info she needed to efficiently reach out to several places to find us the right match. Our first choice didn't answer the phone the first few times she called, so she tried several others and while we didnt find exactly what we were looking for, she called back our first choice on her own and got through! This was my first time using them, and the room might not be the Ritz, but will definitely be using this service again! Saved me from making multiple phone calls and repeating myself only to be disappointed!!

Booking through the bringfido.com webside is simple and easy. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and customer service was exceptional in changing the date of one of the hotels and acquiring a refund for another.

I was looking for a dog friendly hotel to meet up with my grandkids and my new rescue dog, went through bringfido checked out rooms etc and hotels picked holiday Inn in Troy it was wonderful, and staff were friendly, it was a awesome hotel.

-My husband and I have never stayed at a Candlewood and selected this hotel because we planned to bring our dog. -We were so happily surprised at the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and our room. -Our room was wonderful - nice and large, the king bed was so comfortable too. We appreciated having the fridge, a large desk area and more than enough drawer space. -toiletries provided were one of my favorite brands - JR Watkins. that was a great surprise too. -the staff was very courteous and friendly to our pup - there were treats for her at the front desk. -we would definitely look for Candlewood the next time we travel with out pups.

I called to find a hotel or campground at the last minute on memorial weekend and the service I received was absolutely amazing! Lindsay called 5 places to find what I needed as the first 4 were all booked up. I ended up with the perfect place for my needs. Couldn't have done it without your help. THANKS lindsay!
