I used BringFido for the first time when traveling with my 11-year-old rescued Cavalier. It was his first long trip, so I was especially concerned. The hotels booked through BringFido were as promised, which took a lot of the worry away. And, I also used my canine concierge to help with one reservation that I was uncertain about. Jessica was very responsive and confirmed the reservation. What a great company. BringFido makes traveling with my best friend much more enjoyable. I can't imagine booking anywhere else.

We used Bring Fido when we took a trip to Pensacola FL. The hotel was clean and room large for our dog and for us. We made our reservation through Bring Fido and the price was comparable to other sites. We also went to a restaurant using the site, it could not have been better, both in food quality and dog friendliness. I will always use Bring Fido.

I have just recently learned of BringFido while looking for pet friendly hotels for a trip. Have booked 3 times with them and unfortunately 1 of the places didn't have parking for our overly long truck and trailer, contacted BringFido hoping for a refund, was treated exceptionally well and refunded money as soon as my "claim" was verified by the hotel. Will be using BringFido from now on! Love the fact that some of the folks will leave a review of the experience so I can decide the best places to stay with our Australian Shepherd.

This was my first experience booking travel accommodations thru BringFido, and I don’t know how I have been getting by without it! The convenience and peace of mind from booking thru this service was amazing! You are given a full selection of pet-friendly lodging in your desired location, with very helpful ratings, tips, and comments. In the past I have driven or called from hotel to hotel before, looking for a pet-friendly room, often taking whatever I could find, or arriving to find they are NOT pet-friendly despite what the website said. Never again! I’ve been spreading the news about this great app to my pet-parent friends. Invaluable!

We used their services to book for travel with our cat. The hotel, whose website indicated they were 'pet' friendly, turned us away with our cat at 10pm at night. The BringFido customer service person was polite, apologetic (although not their error), and amazing. She corrected their website for the hotel in question and issued a full refund within 15 minutes at 10pm. The best customer service experience I have ever had.

We planned our entire trip from Puerto Vallarta, MX to Oklahoma City, OK with Bring Fido! Very helpful when had to change plans because of a hurricane! Easy to work with, friendly, and professional. Wouldn’t plan a trip without them!!

We stayed at Studio 6 in Pensacola, Florida. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
