I’ve talked to Trish 3 times now and she’s so sweet and helpful. She helped me find a hotel room for my family and my pup with no issues at all. Very polite and answered all of my questions. She talked to me as a person more than a customer, amazing during the stress of driving across country with a newborn and pup. Process is very easy! Prices are fair and broken down upfront. We love BringFido and reps like Trish make it better.

Called to make a reservation while on the road. Customer service rep made sure the Comfort Inn still had a pet friendly room available for that night and took payment over the phone. We arrived a short time later and check in was a breeze.

The search and booking process for traveling with a larger dog using BringFido.com was super easy! We also ran into an issue with one hotel being out of full service due to a water line break; we were past the cancellation deadline. I called BringFido and Eric Westrup helped us get this hotel cancelled along with a full refund AND helped us book a replacement room nearby. All from the road on Christmas Day. Unbelievable customer service behind a very easy-to-use website. Highly recommended!

Traveling cross country with 2 mid-size dogs and I didn't have a set stop point each night. It was very nice to use BF when I finally settled on a stopping point. The reviews on their site are very helpful and usually quite accurate.
