What a scam they have! Book a room and change your mind? The hotel will gladly refund but BringFido KEEPS your money. *** BringFido said they had to contact the hotel via email to get their OK to refund the booking that was cancelled. The Hotel advised me they would definitely approve the refund and let me know when the email from BringFido hit their inbox. No email has been sent. Where is my refund? I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company. ****GREAT NEWS***** full refund issued, fully satisfied!! Looking forward to further bookings with them, many thanks to kathi :)

Great company! Reservations are easy to make and the customer service is incredible. We needed to make a change and after we sent an email we recived a reply in minutes. If you have a dog(s) I would highly recommend!

Have booked several hotels through BringFido and have always had good experiences. Have had to make tweaks to a couple of my reservations and their customer service has always been super-responsive and great. Have also used them to find pet-friendly dining options while traveling. Saves soooo much time and effort of locating pet-friendly accommodations when planning a trip with a dog compared to trying to do it yourself. I tell all my dog-owning friends to check them out!

Sleep Inn truly was the best pet friendly hotel we have stayed at. Extremely clean and comfortable. Our princess received treats and a new toy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Incredible recommendation to stay at the Kimpton Teconic Hotel in Manchester, VT. Not only was the staff incredibly pet friendly but Bring Fido helped us to secure a good rate for the night. I think if you go to an establishment recommended by Bring Fido you find that they are not just pet tolerant but genuinely pet friendly.
