A blatant AI or Fake review is posted on this site. I have never spoke with the person and it beyond malicious. All I could do is respond. Bring Fido will not remove it and the same posted on Yelp. They should not be in business. No respect for a business and all the hard work put into a business.

BringFido was contacted several times to REMOVE PetCabNYC from their site and they refuse. They are using copyrighted photos from our site and we want nothing to do with this company. PLEASE REMOVE, or we will report to ICANN and ask them to de-list our name. Also, TRUST PILOT is a company that people pay for service.. Google doesn't charge for listing reviews.

Despite assurances that they'd refund an incorrect booking, they haven't refunded after 3 months and almost 20 emails. I used Bring Fido to book 3 hotels during a May 2024 trip. 2 were fine, but the third booked for the wrong date (I booked that day, en route, and only ever entered that day's date. The Bring Fido system must have changed the date, and I was booking on my phone, so didn't see.). When I arrived, the hotel's assistant manager allowed me to cancel my incorrect date and book for that night. The next day, I confirmed with the manager that they had not charged me for the incorrect date, would not in the future, and it was canceled. But Bring Fido STILL has not refunded my money, despite almost 20 emails back and forth. Kathi Quinn, the escalations manager I'm emailing, says the La Quinta manager hasn't responded to Bring Fido's request for documentation that La Quinta won't seek my canceled night's fee. SINCE MAY. She also suggested that I call La Quinta, which I did try, but also have never gotten through.

The first time I used their service I booked over the phone and it went very well. The second time, I booked online for a Motel 6 reservation for two rooms. I show up and Motel 6 has only received one rooms' worth of reservations. They called bringfido, spent 20 minutes on the phone with them, and the result was that some person had manually entered my reservation from their app into the Motel 6 system, in which they both screwed up the number of rooms as well as the spelling of my name. I did get refunded by bringfido.com a few days later but I will NEVER use this service again due to the fact that they are using 3rd party underpaid labor to manually transfer data from one database to another. Better to just contact motels/hotels directly if you want solid pet-friendly service. EDITED TO UPDATE: The response from bringfido is total lies. I paid bringfido for two rooms. They sent a single room’s reservation to Motel 6. I had to pay Motel 6 in person for the second room that bringfido failed to send over thus necessitating the refund request. Additionally bringfido listed my first name completely wrong. I had to correct that at the counter at Motel 6.

Gross customer service. Booked accomodation weeks ago, spent 3 hours finding a place that met my needs only to find out 3 days before the May long weekend that it isn't even pet friendly. Via email. With no alternatives. So I have to call and sit on hold for 54 minutes and counting only to be told I will either have to pay over $200 more or stay in a place with abysmal reviews that's nowhere near where I need to be. Not even an apology. I will never use them again and highly recommend no one else does unless they are checking for same day.

I've been in the hotel business for 8 years, and every hotel we've ever paid a pet fee had a maximum fee of $75- $150 for two pets. You must have decided not to do business with most pet owners by charging $200 per pet. That's what it costs to adopt a pet for goodness sake, including shots and neutering. Why would you gouge people. The cost of a urine clean up with neutralizing spray takes 2 minutes and about 10 mists. I suggest recalibrating your profits spread and quit abusing pet owners.

I had booked a room through BringFido but asked for a receipt from the hotel when we left. The room price was $40 lower on the receipt for the room. I told BringFido about it and asked for a refund. They told me that they are part of Expedia and get a share of the comissions they take for booking rooms. On the BringFido website they state that there are no booking fees with their services. They told me in writing that they get a share of the commission. They have refused to refund the difference. I would think they would be liable since their website states no fees are taken. Sounds like false advertising to me. I'd be wary of booking with them and just use them to find hotels and then book with them directly.
