I found Trustpilot when I was looking for an assistance regarding my merchant service. After I submitted my request online through their website, I was recommended to try Brilliant POS. Shortly after, I was contacted by their representative, Justin Boyd, who was extremely resourceful, passionate, and courteous when it comes to finding alternative solutions to meeting my financial needs. Been a business owner, never have a company assign an account manager to each client. It's a plus from this company. Needless to say, I highly recommend Brilliant POS' account manager Justin Boyd's service to all business owners. FYI: The Clover devices and software monthly fee depending on the plan that fits your business need. The most basis plan only costs $9.96 per month and my existing Marchant service company has charged me $44.95 per month for the "BASIS"! I have been ripped off for the past 4 years. Be aware of which company your choice!
