Our Clover P.O.S system is printing double receipts. Justin Boyd was very helpful and looked into the issue. He also offered to send us some receipt tape, since our usage has doubled. Great customer service!

I recently opened my take-out catering restaurant in CT. I looked at several POS systems and Justin from Brilliant was the first to respond. Within 2 hrs. Justin's knowledge of the system won me over. I asked him to speak with my Chef and further explain how the this POS would be beneficial to us. Justin did so with easy leaving us with a level of confidence that we were choicing the right company. After several weeks of leasing issues, Justin stuck with us and we finally closed the deal. This POS was a easy set up and came with a monitor, cash draw, and printer. Trust I am not a company expert. We had a hick up with the kitchen printer. After a few phone call and text the issue was resolved with a simple click of the mouse. I am still able to reach Justin when anything arises and now he can solve a kitchen printer issue with ease.
