Brilliance New YorkReviews of brilliancenewyork.com

I received everything I ordered in a timely manner as well as got in touch with customer service about an issue I had. Would definitely order here again!

Fast costumer service and she was really nice

This is the only flat iron that we will purchase. They last and they straighten course, curly hair!

Thanks for the deal and the products are very good

They did not send the color I chose. they sent the color they wanted without any explanation.

The item pictured is not the item that arrived, although it may be the same in different packaging. The box the item was in was a bit torn up and should have been better protected in shipping. My contact info was not taken at time of purchase, and I had no way to view my order and tracking info. Overall okay...glad the item arrived, and I hope it works well, as hoped.

Didn’t get my package and they didnt answerd my email

Very hands on experience! Great customer service and I love my new straightener it’s beautiful and works amazing
