I had one of the this irons for almost ten years and I loved it so much. Decided to buy a new one. The only thing I can argue about it's that I ordered the turquoise color and arrived the black one. But, it shipped fast and customer service was great.

Spoke with a representative yesterday regarding my order and they were very helpful.

My flat iron broke and was replaced by a new one within a few days. Everything went perfectly. Thank you very much🙂
