The courier delayed my international order and though it was ordered via Amazon (they were not helpful at all) Brilliance team replied to us instantly and patiently worked with us and replied promptly to get the product delivered. So great for service. I haven't don't very extensive trial yet. But was happ to see it helped a nice dark marking on 10w diode laser. Without Brilliance it was only 50% as dark. Waiting to try on other metals.

The product works great. Still tweaking it's use though. BTW I use a 40W Diode and it burns great at speed of 9000mm/m and 60% power on thick aluminum business cards. Thank you again.

We love the deep dark coloring we get with Brilliance. It sprays on easily and the residual cleans off easily as well - leaving only the printed image. We have found that we cannot rub off the printed image with normal cleaning or even hard scrubbing. We love that.
