The service team provided a fantastic solution to my adhesion issue. I was struggling to get Brilliance ink to bond with raw aluminum, but a representative with exceptional process knowledge walked me through the steps to dramatically improve the results.

Product works great. Had a problem at first. Called them, said someone would call me back but never did. A couple of days latèr figured out the problem. Still no call back.

I was very pleased with the results I achieved after using Brilliance on my stainless steel tumblers. The engravings came out nice and black and it looks like they will stay that way and not fade like the engravings I did without using any spray first. My customers also liked the looks of their purchases and have complimented me on the finished products.

UPDATE -- In the recent days Brilliance has contacted me several times to help work through my issues. It was a bit frustrating it took longer than it could have, but the commitment to help is definitely there. Updating this review to 4* instead of 3. My experience has been a mixed bag. My initial trials with the product were unsuccessful (Possibly user error!). They were done on a rather shiny stainless steel, (likely high in chromium and nickel?), and as of yet I have not had a successful attempt at marking those cleanly with a 55W CO2 laser, with a wide range of speed/power settings. I then tried marking a knife with a "Carbon" stainless steel (probably low in chromium?), and it marked absolutely beautifully. This renewed my hope. I reached out to brilliancelaserinks for help on the shinier steel, and while I received an email back in 2 days, they have not followed up with their help. I feel like the *want* to be really good, but I haven't received the support I need to really make this part of my regular product offering. I want to use this product, and really want to make it work, but as of yet this has not happened. This review could easily be 5 stars if I was able to get some support to help mark this shinier stainless steel. It worked amazing on the lower chromium SS. If I could replicate this easily on the higher one, this product would be incredible.

Give me surprise results with my 10w diode. But some of the coating may be blew out by the spray air during spraying procedure. Take time to learn.
