The BrightTax team really answered our questions in a timely manner, went out of their way to research what they could if they didn't know the answer, and referred us to other pros if a questions was outside their purview. Their client portal is also very easy to navigate and use.

Best thing is easy to communicate with. Prompt responses and quick to act upon things. Reasonable fees. Standard of work professional and to a non-expert like me seems of good standard.
