I've been relying on Bright Tax for 7 years now to do my US expat taxes (I am a permanent resident of Spain). Their secure server for uploading documents and information is very intuitive and easy to use, saving information from one year to the next, which saves me a lot of time and hassle. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I've seen the same names and faces the entire time I've been with them, which is a great guarantee for me!

This is clearly a very slick operation. This has made filing in the US achievable for me. After the first in-depth email and phone consultation, I've been able to easily compile the necessary data for consecutive returns. Once you get used to handling the Client Area, it is a great tool for turning a potentially difficult, complex task into an achievable, step-by-step job.
