Good communication throughout the project

I've never felt like I've gotten clear answers to my questions the way I have with BrightTax. Brianna was so diligent answering my questions and worked with me to achieve the outcome I wanted instead of putting up roadblocks like other CPAs have done in the past.

The personal help and response time was great. The interface for providing details was excellent. They are a little more expensive than others - especially with some of the add-ons (extra charge for an additional rental property, etc) - but the 'others' didn't fill me with the same amount of confidence and reassurance. It was definitely a very good experience and gave me great peace of mind.

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and polite. Emails were answered quickly, and all questions were followed up satisfactorily. It was easy.

Bright Tax prepared my foreign owned entity return along with all associated forms and information in a timely and professional manner. They are knowledgeable and experienced so that I feel confident that my return is done properly.
