So far so good! Kevin helped me and my husband. He was amazing for the first call annd followed throughout. It’s was really refreshing to see also to be on the receiving end. Everytime I have an issue, patient care coordinator is there ready to solve the issue for me. I have had some financial troubles due to being out of work from a sport related injury and brightmeds worked with me financially to be able to continue on my treatment m. I refer patients to brightness all the time to look into treatments.
