Well this is my first order, and I received a shipping notice last Thursday and I couldn't get any more information. I sent an email to Brightmeds, they were very prompt at getting back to me an letting me know when it would be arriving. The medication is sensitive due to having to be kept cold, so they have to make sure it arrives in the best condition possible which is GREAT for us!!!!

In the times (post-covid) of sketchy customer service…it’s quite the relief to find solid, human, trustworthy customer service. They make a promise to reply and *gasp* actually do! Yes, they are more expensive than some other options I’ve found…but the quick customer service and doctor replies are worth it. I’ve yet to have a concern unanswered. Even during an ice storm..they knew where my meds were…had me discard them and sent a fresh replacement without a fight or even a second thought. They are doing a great job!
