Amazing provider for weight loss management! Reliable, transparent and responsive especially for the value ! When I submitted my application for treatment, Henry ( not AI bot) who heads the customer support team reached out and was extremely helpful with the intake process and updates on status of the order. I was also extremely impressed with the delivery and temperature control packaging of the treatment that is shipped expedited delivery received next day. All in all a great service and value unlike any provider I have had previously.

Bright Meds has been great! The medication was delivered promptly and even included a medication to help with nausea. I am losing weight and very happy!

I can only speak from the customer service perspective as after signing up, I realized the cost for my state was not aligned with long-term care (it was higher than the advertised price). However, I was able to communicate with customer service with regard to my concern and within a couple of days, I was issued a refund. I will say that prior to that, the enrollment process was moving along very smoothly and the Dr. was immediately engaging. A star deducted for lack of transparent pricing for the markets that don't fit into their standard billing but overall a really good experience.

It was easy to fill out the questionnaire to get started. I feel confident that a physician read my answers and prescribed what was right for me. The first prescription came quickly and then I was asked to answer a few questions before the 2nd prescription was shipped. I don't feel that I am just a source of revenue for them.
