The staff is excellent and caring. The Doctor clearly read my application and labwork. He pays attention to my monthly check-in too. When I encountered a shipping problem with the carrier, customer service (especially Lenore) was on it quickly and personally. I have been impressed by this company and the service, and quality of the medication.

Lots of support from the Dr., if I had a question about something, the Dr and his team would automatically respond back with an answer! Very open with me about the amounts as I went, and if I were having a side affect! I love with proper diet & exercise that the weight is coming off, finally! I researched a number of different companies that provide GLP-1 medications, and have found Brightmeds to be fantastic. My clinician is great, prescriptions are dispensed on time, and the meds do exactly what I want them to do. Of course, cost is always a factor as none of these preparations are cheap, which is unfortunate. That said, I’ve found the cost to be comparable to other telehealth providers of compounded meds. Worth a try.

I just wanted to give a review to help someone else as I was looking for the same thing when I started researching. I used semaglutide from bright meds for a month. They have excellent and responsive customer service. My meds were from Beaker Pharmacy and while I have not taken the “real” ozempic to compare, I feel the meds did work. I already worked out regularly and honestly I didn’t really attempt to change my diet very much and I still had weight loss of 9 pounds in a month. Noticeably less bloating and almost like my body just reshaped a little as well as my face. My fiancé commented my face changed and looked slimmed down. If I had made an honest effort on calorie counting I feel I would have lost more weight. I just didn’t crave food as much or want it when I was just bored. I have switched to another company purely because of price. Bright meds is more expensive but if I don’t have the same results with the new company I would go back to them.
