The radio was shipped very soon after ordering it. I still have not received it because it went to my Florida mailbox and I am currently in Virginia on an RV tour.

Very happy with my new radio. Now I need to invest the time to learn how to use it. I test in 1 week for my Amateur Radio License. Can’t wait to use it.

Before ordering I called to make sure what I wanted was available and a true plug and play. I talked to Amy and she answered all my question and helped me get the information they needed. The equipment came quick. Now charging the battery on the Maverick HT and going to set up the rest. Overall it was outstanding service.

Dear sweet Lord I've never regretted doing business with a company more. Bought initially due to the lure(lie) of Bridgecom University... Turns out they're literally just their YouTube videos on a different server. They didn't even take out the placeholders for the YouTube "up next" and "you might also be interested in" thumbnails at the end of the video. After that I quickly learned on my own. Unfortunately, YEARS later, I'm still getting a handful of emails from them every week. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL NEVER HEAR THE END OF IT! Nothing wrong with AnyTone but their US distributor is absolutely abhorrent... And don't get me started on their EXTREMELY predatory pricing concerning their hotspot. It's a raspberry pi, a simplex mmdvm board, a microSD card loaded with free Pi-Star software, and a couple antennas. Y'all charge over $300 for that... I built a DUPLEX hotspot for about $160 that's HALF THE SIZE OF YOUR SIMPLEX BOX! There is no justifying that...
