Jeremiah provided customer support that was in the top levels of all support I’ve received for any product. In particular, his methodical approach, deep knowledge of the radio, patience, and sense of humor made it possible for him to identify the two options (out of hundreds) that I had mis-selected. I learned a lot of tidbits about the radio and features as he was methodically tracking down the problem.

After having a few questions answered by their staff I pulled the trigger on the 878. The radio does everything I need. The staff was extremely helpful.
