Recently I ordered 4 separate parts. I had to create several different carts as they all were from a different store, and I had a lot of trouble navigating the site... Upon purchasing of all the items, only one store actually received my money, so I PayPal’ed all of the stores who didn’t, and found that they all needed an extra $8 for shipping. This site is inconvenient and hard to use. After my pieces arrive, I will refuse to use this site until it’s either simplified or turned into an application

Some of the sellers are terrible with communication I'm still waiting on a invoice for an item that I ordered one seller cancelled and order for no reason

I bought from Bricklink in the recent AFOL programme, I was subjected to high customs charges, missing packages, abysmal support and as I was charged in dollars, I did not get the full refund due to exchange rates. So it actually cost me £7 for the privilege of emailing them for 4 months trying to track down my package. Never again.

Spend 50€ but never recieved anything. Tried to contact briclink but it didn't help.

Hold der op hvor der er blevet et l**t sted, support blokeret deres bruger for ingenting, super langsom support, meget flabbet support svar og en del svindler på den side! Det er blevet et giftig sted til at handle hos og er blevet en kæmpe skuffelse og meget irriterende support som ikke er kunde minded. Hvorfor har dog Lego opkøbt det sted?
