Cute place, convenient location
My husband and I had a brief overnight stay at the Brickhouse and stayed in the California House. We enjoyed the privacy as it’s not in the main house. The property has a separate two story building in the backyard right next to the parking area. The California house is the room on the second level. It’s a short walk down the stairs and through the cute yard to the main house. If you want to socialize you can. The room was clean and spacious enough for our brief stay. The entry door doorknob/keypad was a little tricky. The split system was noisy. O’Rourke’s restaurant is a very short walk and you must try their homemade chips!! Culp’s Hill is a short walk. Cute place, convenient location.
