Oily product
The sample pots were good. I liked the products, but the purchased anti ageing cream was an oily mess. It separates and is nothing like the sample. Trying to get a refund now.

SEMI SCAM-ISH ALERT This company advertises very heavily and constantly promotes it's products via mens magazines, email promotion etc. I finally gave in and purchased the 'free' not free, tester kit. It's not free because you are paying £5.25 for the postage which they don't advertise till the very end when you are about to purchase the item. THE PRODUCTS THEMSELVES: I feel like they are SEMI-scammy and the company is all about marketing with poor cheap products that actually gave me spots and made my hair thin and brittle. I would NOT RECOMMEND there products. If you want a genuine mens range of quality effective products i would use the long established brand 'Kiehl's', which has lovely respectful stores and amazing experienced staff thought out out big important cities and affluent towns. Better still use an egg, yogurt etc to improve skin and hair!

It’s a load of rubbish. The marketing department really earned their paycheck paying men’s online magazines to promote their products. The Anti-Ageing Cream is the worst product I’ve tried to use. It’s so thick you can’t apply it to your face! It just sticks in one spot and won’t spread. The only way you could use it is to dilute it with another smoother product. Don’t buy!

Think it’s a bit of a scam. Got the free set and wasn’t impressed with much but ouchased the anti ageing cream at same time. Strange texture like putting greasy mouse on your face. Smells like toothpaste. For me these are not premium products just like someone has made some concoction up in their kitchen. Kiehls age defender sets are miles better. I bought kiehls vit c serum and eye, with using age defender over it feels amazing

As other reviews have said, be careful when ordering the sample kit. You are not warned of the €6.50 shipping charge before it goes through on your card. Although I haven't yet received the set, I know I won't be ordering from Brickell again after this experience. Feels a bit like a scam, even if it's not! I had a separate issue with a shipping address, although it took 4 days for Brickell to get back to me after messaging by facebook and email, they resolved the issue without any trouble.

I ordered the so called free sample kit, looked for any hidden terms and conditions, added postage etc couldn't find anything. Then when the order was placed it added on £5.42. Disgraceful.

I ordered the scented sample kit. The products came with the shampoo exploded and other containers lids weren't even screwed on, but the box was undamaged. Packaging feels cheap. They seemed to clean but no better than any regular product that cost a fraction of Brickell's products. The smell is also atrocious - I smell like a moldy piece of bread or something and am considering showering again just to get the smell off. Will not be ordering anything from Brickell again.
