There's nothing special about this hyped products. It's just a simple spectacular Marketing campaign, but the product itself is overpriced and do nothing more than similar products costing much less. Don't buy it. It's not worth it.

Payed for a sample kit but never received anything and never got refunded...

Obsoletely rubbish company. Sent me wrong product and not responding to my emails. It’s gona be the first and last purchase from this scams.

Stay away from this company, their moral and ethics is disgusting it is easier to think the worse of people rather than see there may be good I a situation. I ordered a sample pack and my step son saw this. He lives about 10 miles away and isn't part of my house hold. he asked me to get a sample for him so I did. I did this because he has Cerebral Palsy and his mother and I often help him. Brickell cancelled his saying I had ordered to. Implying customers are dishonest. But to contact them if you had got this on behalf of someone else. I wrote a quick email explaining it was for my son who lives away from me. I got another email saying I was breaching there policy of getting more than one per household. This company have a strange concept of a household and don't realise people sometimes do things for disabled people. Not that I should have to explain my sons position. Living in another household is obvious especially when you tell them

Premetto che ho aspettato di finire il barattolo prima di recensire questo prodotto (crema idratante antietà da notte) per cercare di scrivere con un minimo di cognizione. Devo ammettere che non capisco il motivo dei grandi consensi che questa linea di cosmetici raccoglie tra gli utenti di Amazon. Il dopobarba (che non vedo l’ora di finire per tornare a quello che utilizzavo prima) è un prodotto mediocre, mentre questo idratante/antiage è davvero pessimo. Partiamo dalla confezione, un barattolino di plastica che se solo fosse un po’ più grande potrebbe contenere dello stucco per pareti, e non un cosmetico che, almeno stando al costo abbastanza elevato, mira alla fascia medio/alta del mercato. Veniamo al prodotto vero e proprio, una crema troppo compatta che non si stende per niente bene (al punto da sembrare quasi una crema per gommage) e che lascia un affetto di “appiccicosità” che persiste fino al mattino successivo. Quanto ai risultati io sinceramente non ne ho visti, dopo quattro mesi di utilizzo nemmeno le rughe più sottili si sono attenuate.

Total scam! Over packaged and obviously designed to look the part. It’s horrible. Awful odour. Wouldn’t accept a request for a return / exchange / any support despite website commitments to customer satisfaction. Especially avoid in the uk. Honestly believe that it’s a total fraud of a product.

Very very bad ! Liars I ordered “free box “ to try products and they never sent it for me . I emailed them asking to refund 6$ for postage and they said it was delivered to me . Lol where ? Bad customer service and you lost potential client ;))
