So far I love this bag. I got the large size with separate camera space and seems to be working out great. I received it very quickly and is high quality. A little pricey, but.... Can't wait to take it on my next trip. I am going to love the luggage sleeve when carting suitcases !!

This bag really can be put through the paces. It has been used as a college book bag, a camera bag and has been given a second life due to the Brevite warranty. This bage is a solid 10 out of 10!

The company were responsive to deal with. Ryan on the text chat was very helpful. The product is of excellent quality, and the functions are handy.

I truly love this bag, I wish it wasn’t almost $200 but I have used several other bags in the past and they haven’t been as great as this one. I purchased the jumper-L and I wish I could still fit a few more things in the bag but also I do tend to over pack so maybe that is a good thing.

So far, it's been a real mixed bag (so to speak). The first backpack I ordered wasn't made right, but they accepted the return and issued credit very quickly, so that's good. I had an exchange with a rep called Jepster which was pleasant and helpful. However, the cable pouch I ordered had an interior pocket come unstitched after only a few days, and they denied my warranty claim. The rep, Chellenie this time, claimed that the warranty only covers their backpacks, which is a lie (either that or their product and warranty pages lie about covering all of their products). I will try just returning it for credit, as whoever handles that seems actually to do their job. That said, I'm not sure I want credit after dealing with Chellenie. If I have any more issues like this I'll just dispute the charge and look elsewhere. It's too bad, because I like the design of their bags quite a lot.

I received my camera bag quickly, and I love it. Having read all of the reviews and watching the videos, I knew that the Jumper I chose did not have anything separating the camera compartment from the rest of the bag (I believe their other model does). It looks great and feels comfortable. It was very pricey (I have a similar non camera bag from Amazon for $40, but I really wanted the side camera opening). Overall I am happy.

Bag came and was a standard canvas backpack with no protection for camera gear aside from foam dividers. No foam backing to separate your laptop from camera body etc. If you return a product you will be charged $20. The order has been sent back for two months now and I have had to contact Brevitē via three different means just to get a response. Brevitē will ignore all messages from their website customer service form and direct emails. After disputing the charge with my payment company Brevitē has still NOT refunded my $200. Other review is 100% correct. Brevitē will keep your product and not refund you. Complete fraud company.

Customer service is complete ass. Purchased the bag one day before they had Black Friday 20% off and they refuse to honor the the discount. It's the exact same thing as cancel/return and reorder... but no, had to make me physically return and reorder to save like what $30?
