The bag was good for a couple of weeks however the clip that hooks the top flap fell off and broke :( so now i can't use the bag anymore as it doesn't close which is a shame because it's very cute and comfy for my cameras

The Jumper was a disappointment. The bag straps and the back of the bag have no cushion making wearing the bag extremely uncomfortable. When I have a water bottle in the side pocket it pushes all the gear I have in the bottom section so things dont sit right. The dividers are flimsy. Just overall really disappointed.

I got my bag almost a year ago. The transaction and shipping prosses were easy. But in my front pocket one of the pockets sewing is coming undone and I think that that is so frustrating because of how much I spent of the bag. I do like how many pockets there are but if they didn't come undone I would like them better. I think that the bag looks good and all but considering how much the bag was I am very disappointed.

2.5/5 stars, i have the jumper. Love the design of the bag, but like some others have mentioned, the strap itself is what makes the backpack uncomfortable to carry & almost to the point where it unbearable. I had my 16 inch macbook, a 100mm and a 50mm with my camera in it, & just 15 minutes after carrying those in the backpack, my back and shoulders started to hurt and wanted to just give up wearing the super uncomfortable bag. The designs is just great👌 But at the same time the bag is just uncomfortable to wear which is why this backpack does not get a 5 star. Not recommended as a travel bag.

So far, it's been a real mixed bag (so to speak). The first backpack I ordered wasn't made right, but they accepted the return and issued credit very quickly, so that's good. I had an exchange with a rep called Jepster which was pleasant and helpful. However, the cable pouch I ordered had an interior pocket come unstitched after only a few days, and they denied my warranty claim. The rep, Chellenie this time, claimed that the warranty only covers their backpacks, which is a lie (either that or their product and warranty pages lie about covering all of their products). I will try just returning it for credit, as whoever handles that seems actually to do their job. That said, I'm not sure I want credit after dealing with Chellenie. If I have any more issues like this I'll just dispute the charge and look elsewhere. It's too bad, because I like the design of their bags quite a lot.
