This company is a barnacle. An illegal barnacle that tries to bill you again, after your insurance has already paid their inflated “Insurance Price”! They have their items priced much lower on Amazon! A Scam! I don’t support scams-take your imaginary $31 bill and send it to collections if you even legally can!

terrible quality electronics. They charge a small fortune for the device, and it only lasts maybe 6 months. Reverse engineering the design, the fault was traced back to a transistor that appears to have been intentionally undersized for the design, causing it to overheat and eventually blow out. its literally designed for obsolescence. Very bad design avoid at all costs.
