Damn no zero. Ridiculous $270 some cloth sling worth about $15. I would give them my number. I found out they Bill separately from hospital. The lady in India didn't know what Medicare was and wanted an address and phone number. She said it may no pay for it, not legit enough for a negotiated agreement. Bahaha private equity at its best.

I paid 400 bucks for their knee replacement ice machine. For swelling after knee replacement. It was missing tubes necessary to pick up cold water to pump through the pad that is wrapped around knee. The orthopedic center told me to call the company and ask for the tubes. The company never returned calls but answered my emails by saying ‘It’s a medical device so we can’t replace anything. Take it back to whoever sold it and get a new one’. I explained that the place was 3 hours away, one way, and ortho center had said to contact YOU. I got no response. So I went to an auto parts store, they helped me find similar ‘non-medical’ tubing and I got the machine to work. BUT it has a cheap Chinese aquarium pump and does not move enough water through the cooling pad to be effective. I then ordered another brand that was 1/4 the price on Amazon and it works GREAT and also has a remote control that operates it so I don’t have to get up to change settings! BREG is so bad and does not care!

I've spent two days trying to find information to return a product. The first time I was given instructions that were different from the second time. It took a very long time to connect to anyone, and both times people were rude. Perhaps, from what I read is your poor working environment. Maybe if you clean that aspect up you will have better employee exoeriences - which has always been my experience. Clean up your company before you blame the employees! Guarantee you will begin to get better reviews with a staff that is happier to come to work.

Charged for a device that should have been covered by insurance. "Convenience fee" for credit cards and banks but not Apple and Google pay is a racket.

My orthopedic surgeon ordered my brace, it took 5 weeks to get my custom knee brace, at 4 weeks I had to call them to find out where it was, Apparently it wasn't made yet, they weren't not to sure what happened. No compensation or nothing, I had to hold back on my physiotherapy as we couldnt do much more without the brace , my mobility held me back on things I could do as well. Sale rep Jason did call me to appolize but thats about it very poor customer service. Very disappointed when spending $1800 on a knee brace that you need to do daily activities.

If I could go lower than one star I would. I received a knee brace from my doctor and within a day the velcro came apart cuz the stitching was not done correctly. So I called Breg directly and got brushed off by their customer service and was essentially told it wasn't their problem. So I called my doctor. My doctor went and exchanged it for me and within another day or so the second one did the exact same thing where all the velcro stitching and started coming apart. I then got a bill from them after trying to reach out to them via email a couple times to see what we could work out cuz I don't think it's right that my doctor should have to deal with this being it's their faulty equipment. So I sent them a message saying that I would not be paying or acknowledging any debt to them until they contact me to work out the problems with this knee brace. Then today June 18th I have a call from a collection agency because Greg sent me to collections with only giving me one bills or sending me one bill. After exploiting the situations the collection agency and that I had gotten defective equipment from them and have been trying to get a hold of them. The collection agent told me he will contact breg and let them know so they can get back in contact with me and he is notating my account.

3 days post op from a total hip and get to use my $350 ice machine in 7 minute intervals...works great for resting times. Can't get a straight answer and when I do finally get it all figured out, I wont need it.

This company is a scaming company getting bills from urgent care companies to “double dip” billing to customers. Watch out for these “Indian” scammers working with urgent care companies to peddle medical equipment, and over billing practices. Buy directly from reputable companies.
