Brazos Walking SticksReviews of brazos-walking-sticks.com

I have bought Brazos canes for several years now plus I bought the cutting boards. This company is quality. They even replaced a cane when the handle came loose from the cane. my most recent can purchase was a laminated cane of colored woods. what a beautiful piece. The one thing I wish is that they offer all their canes in 40" even if it is a custom order. Thank you brazos.

great stick. would’ve been easier to make sure i was purchasing the right size if the corresponding accessories were listed with the stick i chose.

Would of rated higher if stick was one piece

Easy ordering process. Prompt email confirmation of my order.

Quick and easy to buy.. Bought as a gift he is enjoying it

Good site. pretty easy to navigate. A little issue with sending to nonbilling address, but edit finction allowed change.

My experience on their website was great. Easy to navigate and order a custom product. I do not know about quality yet, but from other reviews, my expectations are high. My only ding (hence 4 stars) is that there is nothing in the check-out process that indicates how long it will take the item to get to me. This is important information for Christmas and birthday planning. I had to call them. The automated system had me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. I emailed instead and Hannah replied within a few minutes and apologized for the phones being so busy. She resolved my question and I happily ordered a walking stick for my son. Thanks!

Your site is messy. Not too bad but would be diff9cult for many of your customers with visi0n problems. Get rid of the pop up boxes. Make it easier and more intuitive to change m9stakes on orders. And don’t view these problems from the position of a well sighted person. Thank you for the opportunity to say this. Impressive. Edmund Aleks
