I was very disappointed with the customer service. I could not contact anyone by phone. My emails were slowed to be returned and definitely not answered in a professional way. The responder completely avoided or never read the entire email to answer the questions that I had. Although I put "urgent" on my email they still took too long to respond and never addressed the urgent need.

the stick is fine. what is not fine are all the emails i get from far right political people. thanks for selling my address to these wierdos. can't a guy just buy a walking stck? be careful buying here

Don't bother with this company! Their customer service is terrible. I purchased a walking stick for my husband and within a month it was broken. It was hardly used in that timeframe and he took a quick turn to see where the dog was the stick snapped in half. You can only reach these people through email and I was told there was no defect (clearly there has to have been) and they would not refund or replace their product. Clearly they do not care to keep customers. Find a more reputable company

I requested a bamboo walking stick that measured 1 1/8 inches at the butt or thickest part of stick.I was sent a stick that is 1 1/2 inches thick.I had requested twice about measurement of stick.If a stick like I asked for was not available why did you not tell me instead of sending the thicker one.

No customer service!!! They don't reply to your emails!!! There isn't a contact phone number for customer service!!! They don't seem to care about anything but making a sale and taking your money. I wouldn't recommend purchasing Brazos Sticks. Poor or NO communication available.

I received the exotic cane that I ordered. It had scrapes and scratches on the shaft. It also came with a very UGLY handle. I have tried to get a replacement, but I did not get any help from Brazos Customer Support. I then decided to send it back for a refund, it took many tries to reach Brazos Customer Support but Brazos won't send a return label. Clearly this whole problem is of their doing. I should not have to pay return shipping for Brazos problem. I am waiting for a reason why Brazos won't pay shipping and to get a return authorization. This has been going on since October 28, today is VETERANS DAY! Probably have many more days to go. I will update if and when Brazos makes good.
