Just an FYI. When we received the shipment the one end of the tube was completely open. We checked out the walking stick and it was in great shape. You might want to make sure the ends of the shipping tubes are better secured for shipment. Gerry

I really like my new stick and would have given 5 stars, but feel that the manner in which the medallions were affixed to the stick was a bit sloppy. As a woodworker, I would have ensured a smoother fit. Other than that, a terrific stick. Sincerely, -Richard Rowe

Your website was a little confusing for locating Iron Wood walking stick. It also stated if I signed-up I would get 10% discount. I did and I did not receive the 10% discount for my purchase but instead was told it would be applied to future purchases which is misleading.

The bloodwood cane I ordered is crafted beautifully and the engraving is exactly as ordered. The red color in the advertisement is a deeper red than I recieved so that disappointed me when I opened the box. Upon further reflection, i realized that color in nature is highly variable, so I am more satisfied with the cane than I was initially. I withheld one star from my evaluation.

Stick is fine except during shipping it came out of plastic end cap and was marred.Fixed it ok but are metal end caps that expensive?

The cane is outstanding, well-made and beautiful. It is the perfect height for me in boots, has a well-shaped grip and is easy to use. The craftsmanship is exceptional. It didn't ship as promised on the website, but once I contacted customer service, they resolved the issue and shipped it within a day.

Beautiful wood and craftsmanship. It is heavier than I would prefer. I could not find anywhere on the website that showed the weights of the various walking sticks.
