Brazos advertises having walking sticks in multiple sizes so that tall as well as short people can be accommodated. I ordered one for a short person. Rather than communicating that they were out of stock, my money was summarily returned. No attempt at dialog, no suggestion of an alternate product. I felt dismissed.

Horrible company to do business with! They charged my card but never shipped the product I ordered. They don’t answer the phone or return emails. I’m not sure they are still in business.

I ordered new tips for my walking stick that came too big. I sent them back for new ones which I have yet to receive. So between the tips that were too big and the postage to send the big ones back, I’m out $30 Terrible customer service.

Never received my walking stick box empty and no response HORRIBLE I would never use them again and I'm telling corps and public the same maybe you should respond

I ordered a rubber tip for my walking stick. The image on the web site is a brown tip with two hiker figures on it. I received a black tip without any figures on it. I wrote to Brazos asking why. At first they said i ordered the wrong one. I checked, i ordered the right one but they sent the wrong one. Finally, they admitted the brown was out of stock so they sent a substitute. Bait and switch, false advertising, and a lousy attitude. In the end they said sorry for your bad luck but did not offer to make it right. Dave

Sadly, the customer service of Brazos is lacking. 1. Placed order on 2/15- 2. Inquiry on status- apparently the customer service is a "parent" company. No phone number. 3. When finally found the order number they told me the order was placed on 2/23. My Amex was charged on 2/15. 4. CS told me the stick would be shipped. It was not. 5. Finally shipped- should get today. I hope the quality is as represented. Won't do business with a company that does not have a phone.

i left a bad review.. can't talk to anyone and the email comes back. my stick came broken in two.. so if you have a problem.. leave it on Facebook,,, i do not recommend these sticks not a happy camper

My product was supposedly shipped on Feb 9th. Today, 2 weeks after the UPS tracking number reads only label created. There is no way to contact customer service. The couple emails that I have sent have been ignored. At this point, I feel very disappointed with the purchase process and the non existing customer service. I hope they are only falling behind on shipping and that I will receive my product...
