Stick is well finished, but has a 3 cm. scratch that's rather noticeable. I asked how to repair it, but got no answer.

The stick is nice but not as thick as I thought it might be...and the area that they carved out to place their medallion is really sharp. unfortunately, that is also where I hold onto the stick, so it is sharp against my hand. I will get some sand paper and try to fix it...but it is something that really should not exist.

I like the walking stick I got from you but there are very few nots and they are small. I have a diamond willow cane that I have had for years that looks very different. yours looks like a plain white stick when they are side-by-side.

I really like the stick but it has developed a few cracks. I'm not sure if its because the cllimate is so dry here. Love Brazos.

This stick was for my wife and needed to be trimmed about 4.5 inches (from 37 inches). After I cut it to 32.5 inches, the stick was not round any more, but barrel shaped and significantly larger than original. I called in and gave a very nice lady the dimensions and she sent me a new larger rubber tip. The stick was still way larger than the tip, so I had to take a dremel tool to it. Am still gently shaving in order to get the tip fitted properly.
