Yes service is not good I ordered two walking sticks and paid for two walking sticks and I only received one I ordered them for my husband so he can walk in the park because he has a bad back and hip and there’s no way to call you people to find out where the second Walkingstick is The order number is 55786 they said the Second one was supposed to be shipped out April 15th And have not received it I paid $129 and change don’t know exactly the amount but I would appreciate it if you would send us our second Walkingstick that I ordered and paid for thank you Diane hay my phone number is 631-645-1215 I’d appreciate it if you could give me a call and let me know what’s going on thank you!!

Apparently, Brazos no longer makes canes for taller individuals according to Briggs Healthcare, the company’s customer service contact. I am 6’1” and have purchased several Brazos canes over a number of years without problem. They make a very good cane. The cane I ordered recently was too short and the Briggs customer service contact indicated that longer canes are not available. The company’s current customer service can only be contacted by email, it typically takes a day to receive a reply and the replies are simply unsatisfactory. The customer service experience was terrible and it is a waste of time dealing with Briggs Healthcare “customer service” department.

Just ordered new cane. Have use old one for years and really liked it. Bought new cane but it was terrible. No quality control. The shaft had a major bend, the wood was blemished, and part of the shaft was poorly finished. I emailed customer service which was terrible. I have waited a week to get answer if I had to pay to return cane. No answer so I will return and pay the costs. Will not recommend this product

Worst customer service ever. No ability to speak to a person. Everything is by email and response time is minimum 1 day. Canceled my order before it shipped. I received no response until after the item shipped and I was informed the order could not be canceled since it was already shipped. I will never reccomend or purchase anything from Brazzos again.

I purchased my walking stick back in February. I rec'd a tracking number, but have not received anything else. The tracking number states that the label has been created, but not processed or shipped. I have already paid for this on my credit card. It seems a little disturbing that i have not been able to contact anyone there to help solve this problem. My order number is 54629 if anyone there is willing to check.

Zero customer service! They don’t return emails or answer the phone. I ordered their most expensive stick and they never shipped it. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card. They sold the company to a poorly rated company, Briggs Healthcare/HealthSmart, with sub par business ethics.

None of the cane tips I ordered came close to fitting the cane I have. It is one of your canes.

The cedar stick that I ordered does not get the engraved heart i had requested. And the finishing on the handle, one end of the grip had no finish the other glopped finish. I had already committed to presenting this gift, if not it would have been returned.
