I've been born and raised in a "wood" family, and was just a little disappointed with the finish of the twisted hickory, only because it looked "fake". I own hickory shafted golf clubs that have a realistic finish. The other issue was not being able to track my order. It would state shipped but had no arrival dates. Other than that, the shipment was received promptly and the quality was good. If I needed another one, I would order from you. Thank you

Took a while for the cane to get here. I would have preferred it to arrive a bit faster (took at least a week from shipment time). But the cane itself is excellent and I am pleased with it. I also have a wooden walking stick that I love. Very nice work.

My husband loves his walking stick. Unfortunately the extra tip we ordered was not sent. When I called about it I was told to measure and tell the customer service representative what size I needed. I didn’t think I should have to do this since the size was right in my order. The problem took a little time to resolve but we finally got the extra tip. I would recommend double checking customer orders before sending and resolving issues by looking at the original order.

I like the stick, but it is a little heavy

I really like the looks and quality of the Travelers stick. The one problem it has is that the three sections easily become unscrewed while in use. I plan to purchase rubber washers to see if that solves the problem.

The fitness walking stick arrived with the engraving spelled incorrectly. I had some difficulty finding a contact for the company. Once I did, they were very responsive. They asked me to return the incorrect order (with a prepaid return label) and sent a replacement right away. The replacement spelled the engraving as originally requested. The stain wasn't as dark (for a red colored oak -- looked more brown), and the engraving was larger (not as tasteful). But, they said they had sent red oak and there are variations between stains. The stick itself is beautifully made and I enjoy using it.I would order from Brazos again.
